Please Note, Key Clubs that are traveling to LTC via public transportation are responsible for their own transportation to/from the train station. The hotel and/or Key Club does not provide transportation.

Medical Release Form
The Medical Release Form must be completed and held onto by all attendees of the Leadership Training Conference. This form helps identify and helps us ensure the safety of the attendee. A copy of the Medical Release Form can be found here or below.

Program Ad Form
Interested in placing an advertisement in this year's conference program? Well here is your chance! The New York District Key Club is selling advertisements to help cover the costs of this year’s program for the Annual Leadership Training Conference! The space you purchase can be used for text and / or graphics! A link to the form can be found here or below!

Key Club Delegate Registration
The Key Club Delegate Registration Form is a document that must be filled out by four school representative, two official delegates and two alternate delegates, in order to participate at the House of Delegates Session. A copy of the Key Club Delegate Registration Form can be found here or below.

Executive Officer Agreement
The Executive Officer Agreement is a document that consist of information on running for an Executive Position: Governor, Secretary, and Treasurer. The document gives a brief description of each executive position and what role does each position plays in the New York District. Also, the Executive Officer Agreement contains a form that must be filled out by each candidate and the form must be mailed no later than February 1st to the District Administrator, John Goldstein. Endorsement for International Office
The Endorsement for International Office is a document that consist of information on running for an International Position: International Trustee, Vice President and President. The document gives a desciption of each international position and what role does each position plays in Key Club International. Also, the Endorsement for International has an agreement that must be filled out by each international candidate. A copy to the Endorsement for International Office can be found here or below.

Election Packet
The Election Packet covers information regarding seeking office for the 2019-2020 Key Club year. This packet covers procedures, rules, speeches, paperwork, responsibilities, and more. A copy of the Elections Packet can be found here or below.


Key Club attendees will have the opportunity to fundraise for district projects and perform service at Leadership Training Conference! Be sure to read pre-conference material for important information and reminders for how to participate in these exciting projects.

Take a Bite Out of Lyme for the "Kiwanis Pediatric Lyme Disease Foundation"
Photo Booth for "One Tree Planted"

Dance Floor Theory

Tom Krieglestein

After starting his first business in college that grew to $1.5 million in annual sales, Tom went on to be the Founder and Lead Facilitator of Swift Kick. Since 2004, Tom has trained over half a million leaders around the US and the world including England, South Korea, Indonesia, and Bermuda on how to build a Culture of Connection within their organization. Tom has spoken to leaders at some of the largest companies in the world such as Coca Cola, Pfizer, Disney, US Navy, and UCLA. Through his speaking, he holds an unprecedented 6 National Speaking Titles from APCA. He is a TEDx speaker, attempted a Guinness World Record, and sat on the board of the NYC Entrepreneurs’ Organization for five years. In his "free time" Tom leads Forums for the Entrepreneurs' Organization, is an Executive Accountability Coach for business owners, and he co-authored the bestselling book, "First Year Student To First Year Success." Tom is currently working on his highly anticipated second book that digs deeper into his award-winning training, Dance Floor Theory, on how to build a Culture of Connection to increase student engagement. On a personal note, Tom has been featured in almost every major publication from USA Today, Fast Company, NY Times, MTV, and the Chicago Tribune. He lives in New York City, is an avid runner, was named after a cat, and loves peanut butter.

Start Time End Time Function


The New York District Key Club hosts four rounds of workshops, providing over 30 educational sessions for attendees. Workshops are provided for officers, members, and advisors. During these sessions, attendees will learn from each other, share best practices, and gain knowledge that will help elevate their Key Club.
All workshops are prepared and presented by Key Club District and International officers. A complete list of workshops will be announced in December 2018.
